Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500 within India.
For orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order, and shown before you pay.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Estimated delivery is 1–7 business days anywhere in India, depending on your location.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
Packaging Standards
Every shipment is checked carefully, and each item is packed compactly using quality mailing materials to ensure the best protection. Goods are dispatched discreetly packaged.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Undelivered Orders
If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts (for example, no one available to receive, or incorrect address), the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or a refund.
