Refund & Return Policy

At Tobo Digital, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described;
  • You received the wrong item;
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

Eligibility Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and the invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page;
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered;
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@tobodigital.com or call +91 22-49722666 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. State whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  4. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason (where accepted), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Replacements

If you opt for a replacement, we will dispatch the new item once the original is received and inspected, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 working days so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
