Cancellation & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, email info@tobodigital.com or call +91 22-49722666 with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

If you cancel before dispatch and have already paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

  • Product being out of stock;
  • Errors in pricing or product information;
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
  • Delivery address falling outside our serviceable areas.

In any such case, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Returns After Delivery

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed; they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9 am and 6 pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery where the address or postcode supplied is incorrect.

If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. Based on your preference, we will offer you a refund or a replacement. Full return and refund details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
